 Administrative Analyst - Gas & Oil 

Details

Support the operational, logistical, and administrative execution of training courses, ensuring proper implementation of training programs and availability of materials, vendors, schedules, and communications.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for training courses, including materials, spaces, and meals.
• Manage training calendars and schedule participants.
• Register participants in systems and send invitations and communications.
• Maintain control of suppliers and generate payments in the system.
• Provide support in the operation of the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in administrative or logistical support preferred.

 Security and Protection Leader - Gas & Oil 

Responsible for implementing security and protection programs, policies, and standards, monitoring compliance, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization at Termoelectrica de Mexicali.

• Provide leadership in asset security and protection.
• Communicate and enforce security norms, policies, and procedures among employees, strategic partners, and contractors.
• Monitor and follow up on safety recommendations at assigned sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and communicate all security-related activities.
• Share information across departments to strengthen the security strategy and prevent incidents.

• Experience in security management or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to implement safety programs and monitor compliance effectively.

Integrity Supervisor - Gas & Oil 

Manage the integrity of pipelines and facilities by evaluating associated risks to ensure reliability and availability of natural gas, ethane, and coal-associated gas transport systems.

• Develop integrity programs and plans.
• Prepare procedures and specifications to safeguard pipelines and installations.
• Evaluate and analyze risks associated with pipeline operations.
• Collect, integrate, and analyze operational data.

• Experience in pipeline integrity, engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Process Operator - Gas & Oil 

Operate facilities at the Topolobampo Oil Terminal in compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards according to the company's business plan.

• Operate and supervise process units in line with SGI policies.
• Communicate and implement SGI mission, vision, and policy changes.
• Support continuous improvements in operational processes and safety compliance.
• Report to the Lead Operator and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient unit operation.

• Experience or training in process operations, oil terminal operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
