Lead payroll operations within the head office team in Calgary, supporting planning, implementation, coaching, and mentorship activities while ensuring compliance with company values and operational standards.

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Work Schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts (Monday – Friday)

 HR Generalist Student – Gas & Petroleum 

Details

Support HR Business Advisors, HR Analysts, and Client Services teams while developing human resources operational skills through hands-on learning.

Location: Fort McMurray, AB – Albian Oil Sands Site

Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, 10 hours/day (Monday – Thursday)

Term Length: 8 months

Key Accountabilities

Create and process Assignment Change Form (ACF) packages including resignations, transfers, progression changes, leaves of absence, and employee status updates.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in HR or related academic program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Drilling Technician – Gas & Petroleum

Work with development operations teams to plan, execute, and optimize drilling activities within Canada’s independent oil and gas sector.
