Details
Responsible for performing all administrative service functions related to payroll, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with GOSI and WPS systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Help in performing all aspects of Administrative Service functions.
- Maintain personnel database regarding salaries.
- Review GOSI invoices for accuracy and upload monthly WPS in Mudad ensuring all violations are addressed.
- Handle GOSI addition/deletion, attest employees’ contracts in Qiwa and other governmental portals when needed.
- Assist in archiving employee documents, drafting procedures, letters, and announcements.
- Track invoices and assist with payroll processing ensuring accurate transactions.
- Review and research all payroll and benefit issues.
- Respond to telephone and counter inquiries, referring complex issues to HR management.
Requirements
- Experience in payroll administration and personnel record management.
- Knowledge of GOSI, WPS, and governmental portals (Mudad, Qiwa).

- 5–7 years proven experience in diamond core drilling operations.

Field Service Engineer - Gas & Oil
Details
Provide advanced technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning for Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems, ensuring optimal performance across industrial sites.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Low-voltage VSDs.
- Troubleshoot power electronics, IGBTs, control boards, cooling systems, and harmonic filters.
- Conduct power quality analysis and waveform capture.
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot ESP systems including motor, pump, seal, sensor, and surface VSD.
- Monitor ESP performance data (amperage, vibration, temperature, pressure) to optimize run life and efficiency.
- Lead on-site interventions independently, including emergency breakdown support.
Requirements
- Experience in field service for VSDs and ESP systems.
- Technical knowledge of power electronics and industrial pumping systems.
- Ability to work independently on-site and handle emergency situations.
