Storekeeper – Oil & Gas and Agriculture Operations
The Storekeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a single retail outlet. This includes inventory control, sales execution, customer service, and accurate record-keeping. The role is critical to ensuring product availability, proper storage, and an excellent customer experience at the outlet level.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets with at least 90–95% target achievement.
Maintain accurate inventory records with 100% daily stock reconciliation.
Control stock losses and keep shrinkage below 1% per month.
Ensure proper storage and handling of products with 100% compliance to safety and agrochemical storage standards.
Agronomist – Oil & Gas and Agricultural Productivity
The Agronomist will support crop production on a 150-hectare farm by providing technical agronomic guidance to improve soil health, crop yield, and overall farm productivity. The role focuses on implementing best practices, monitoring crop performance, and supporting the Farm Manager with data-driven recommendations to reverse previous low yield.
Improve crop yield performance by contributing to a minimum 20–30% yield increase within two farming seasons for rice, maize, and soybeans.
Conduct soil analysis and fertility assessments at least twice per season with documented recommendations implemented at a 90% compliance rate.
Develop and monitor crop nutrition programs, ensuring fertilizer application accuracy of 95% against recommended rates.
