Job Overview:
CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join an established contractor in the Eastern Province. The successful candidate will manage procurement of materials and subcontractors for oil & gas construction projects, develop procurement strategies, oversee budgets, and lead a team of procurement professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for oil & gas projects.
Manage budgets and oversee procurement operations.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and HSE standards.
Conduct supplier management, coordination, and contract negotiation.
Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction procurement, including recent management experience.
Proven experience in oil & gas projects.
Certified International Procurement Manager (CIPM) or equivalent.
Must be based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
