As the Health, Safety, Environmental Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE programs to ensure the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with operations, employees, and contractors to foster a strong safety culture and ensure consistent implementation of operating policies and management systems.
Oversee and implement Process Safety Management (PSM) programs.
Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous chemicals.
Conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and update process safety information.
Develop and maintain effective Management of Change (MOC) systems.
Apply hazard identification, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance best practices.
Operational Excellence Center Analyst – Oil & Gas Operations
This role supports safe, compliant, and efficient operations by monitoring real-time operational data, analyzing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across assets and systems.
Follow OEC processes to ensure safe and compliant operations.
Assess pre-job planning and engineering quality.
Monitor real-time data, alarms, and system health across pumps, automation, and telemetry.
Analyze flow rates, pressures, chemical usage, and equipment performance.
Track KPIs including SLA compliance, OEE, cost-per-barrel treated, and alarm response times.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend standardized process improvements.
Chemical Process Engineer – Oil & Gas Operations Management
The role provides technical expertise in developing and optimizing new and existing processes, supporting projects from concept through full-scale operation.
Develop new and existing processes from concept to operation.
Prepare PFDs and P&IDs.
Perform material and energy balances.
Use CAD tools to build or modify drawings.
Conduct complex chemical engineering calculations and troubleshoot process upsets.
Support startups, shutdowns, and plant turnarounds.
Track production volumes and raw material utilization.
Laboratory Technician – Oil & Gas Chemical Manufacturing
This role performs analytical testing to support quality control, manufacturing operations, and evaluation of raw materials and finished products.
Perform analytical and quality control testing safely.
Conduct wet chemistry and operate ICP instrumentation.
Receive, label, and analyze samples.
Operate laboratory and office equipment to meet schedules.
Guide employees on optimal sampling techniques.
Validate, transfer, and correct analytical data.

Electrician – Oil & Gas Chemical Manufacturing
The Electrician supports safe and reliable plant operations through installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and control wiring.
Support PLC panels, HMIs, MCCs, VFDs, and field wiring.
Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime.
Assist with control system upgrades and commissioning activities.
Perform electrical work in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
