Oversee daily base operations, ensuring safety and operational compliance.
Manage logistics and coordination of equipment, materials, and personnel.
Support field operations with technical and operational guidance.
Monitor site performance and ensure adherence to company protocols.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Assist in training new staff on safety and operational procedures.
