1. Head, Communication

Location: Doha, Qatar
Reports to: Corporate Communications Manager
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the corporate communications strategy aligned with NOC’s objectives and strategic priorities.

  • Lead the Communications team, providing guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight.

  • Shape and maintain NOC’s internal and external voice, creating consistent, clear, and engaging content for all audiences.

  • Advise company leadership on effective communication practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Manage a range of communication channels, including internal intranet, newsletters, websites, and social media, to foster transparency and engagement.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, corporate culture, and the visibility of leadership.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and processes, implementing improvements where needed.

  • Build strong networks across all organizational levels to ensure effective message delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience in corporate communications within large organizations, preferably in oil & gas or energy sectors.

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.


2. Reservoir Management & Performance Lead

Location: Doha, Qatar
Reports to: Senior Reservoir Manager / Operations Director
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead reservoir management activities to optimize hydrocarbon recovery from NOC’s fields.

  • Monitor reservoir performance using advanced modeling, simulation, and analytical tools.

  • Develop and implement field development plans in coordination with engineering, production, and geology teams.

  • Evaluate production strategies and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and recovery rates.

  • Integrate geological, petrophysical, and engineering data to make informed reservoir management decisions.

  • Prepare technical reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support strategic planning for long-term field development, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex reservoir and production challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in reservoir management, preferably in upstream oil and gas operations.

  • Proficiency in reservoir simulation software and production forecasting tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.

  • Knowledge of global oil and gas industry standards and best practices.
