Job Overview:
The Intern Co-Op Training Program 2026 provides a structured development experience for Saudi nationals pursuing careers in engineering, administrative, and technical fields. Interns will receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects at Luberef’s Jeddah and Yanbu refineries and corporate headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:

Support engineering, administrative, and operational teams in daily projects and tasks.

Assist in analyzing, designing, and optimizing systems and processes under supervision.

Contribute to data collection, reporting, and documentation for assigned projects.

Participate in cross-functional team meetings and project reviews.

Gain exposure to refinery operations, supply chain management, IT systems, HR processes, finance, and business administration practices.

Follow corporate safety, quality, and operational guidelines throughout all activities.
Requirements:

Nationality: Saudi only.

Minimum GPA: 2.5/4.0 or 3.5/5.0.

Accepted Majors:
-
Engineering: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instruments & Systems, or equivalent.

Administrative / Technical: Accounting & Finance, HR, MIS, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, IT, Marketing, or equivalent.
