1. Senior Analyst, Procurement Assurance

Location: Marrakech-Safi, Morocco (On-site)
The Senior Analyst, Procurement Assurance, plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will conduct in-depth reviews of contracts, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure the integrity of procurement processes. The position involves performing internal audits, identifying risk areas, and recommending process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with procurement, finance, and project teams to monitor spending, enforce compliance standards, and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement assurance or audit, preferably in oil & gas.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and ERP systems.

  • Ability to perform risk assessments, analyze procurement data, and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

This role involves coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and operational teams to ensure timely delivery of materials while optimizing cost and reducing stock discrepancies. You will also support planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in material management, logistics, or inventory control.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

  • Knowledge of inventory optimization, material planning, and supply chain metrics.
