1. Internship HR / Administration
Location: Selangor, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (On-site)
Type: Internship, November 2025 – March 2026
Responsibilities:

Support HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, and documentation.

Assist in administrative tasks for various departments.

Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.

Prepare reports and maintain HR records under supervision.
Qualifications:

Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Senior Reservoir Engineer
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site)
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement reservoir management strategies to optimize hydrocarbon recovery.

Conduct reservoir simulation and analysis using geological, petrophysical, and production data.

Work closely with drilling, production, and geoscience teams to ensure field development plans meet operational targets.

Evaluate field performance, forecast production, and recommend improvement strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in reservoir engineering for oil and gas projects.

Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with reservoir simulation software and production optimization techniques.
3. Software Developer
Location: Selangor, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (On-site)
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications to support Uzma Group’s oilfield operations.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Test, debug, and deploy software systems ensuring high performance and reliability.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
