1. Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Director – Energy Development Oman (Location: Muscat, Oman – On-site)

Job Purpose:
The QHSE Director will lead the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational safety, and sustainable practices across all operations. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the QHSE Management System while overseeing Field HSE Leads for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain integrated QHSE Management Systems aligned with PDO field operations requirements and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

  • Establish core QHSE policies, procedures, manuals, task risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox meeting guidelines.

  • Monitor compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations; ensure systems are updated timely.

  • Manage internal and external QHSE audits and third-party certification processes; address non-conformities promptly.

  • Design and deliver HSE inductions and training for all personnel (company, contractors, and buyers).

  • Develop QHSE KPIs and dashboards; track and report incident rates, near-misses, training compliance, and audit results.

  • Act as a strategic ambassador for safety culture; embed HSE accountability across daily yard operations.

  • Oversee incident management and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for serious incidents; track corrective actions.

  • Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERP) for various scenarios, including fire, environmental spills, and medical emergencies.

  • Establish quality inspection guidelines for materials segregation, identification, and preservation.

  • Monitor environmental protection procedures, including waste management, material handling, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in QHSE leadership within the oil, gas, or energy sector.

  • Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and local regulations.

  • Proven experience in audit management, risk assessment, and incident investigation.

  • Leadership and communication skills to drive safety culture and compliance.

  • Ability to develop KPIs and track performance metrics effectively.



2. Operations Manager – Energy Development Oman (Location: Muscat, Oman – On-site)

Job Purpose:
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of OneSupply Oman SPC, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with safety and environmental standards across all yards. This role is key in transforming surplus and scrap material management into value-generating operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all operational activities for OneSupply Oman SPC.

  • Implement operational strategies to optimize asset utilization and improve productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with QHSE regulations and company policies.

  • Develop operational KPIs and dashboards to monitor efficiency, safety, and productivity.

  • Lead operational teams and coordinate with Field HSE Leads to enforce safe work practices.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and digital solutions.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure operational objectives are met.

  • Prepare operational reports and present to senior management for decision-making.

  • Oversee vendor and contractor management, ensuring contract compliance and performance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive operational management experience in the oil, gas, or energy sector.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, yard operations, and asset management.

  • Leadership skills to manage teams, stakeholders, and contractors effectively.

  • Experience in operational planning, KPI development, and performance reporting.

  • Understanding of HSE compliance and risk management.
