1. Engineer II

Location: The Woodlands, TX
Type: Full-time
This position requires a skilled engineer capable of working semi-independently to design, analyze, test, and refine complex systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams across product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize engineering systems and components.

  • Conduct analysis and testing to ensure system reliability and compliance with industry standards.

  • Work closely with quality and manufacturing teams to refine products and processes.

  • Interpret and apply API quality and design standards, including API-14A for Subsurface Safety Valves.

  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and test plans.

  • Participate in project planning and status reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in energy, oil & gas, or industrial systems.

  • Familiarity with API specifications, engineering design software, and testing procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.


2. Project Manager

Location: The Woodlands, TX
Type: Full-time
The Project Manager will oversee engineering and research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects across multiple disciplines.

  • Coordinate between engineering teams, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical requirements, and client specifications.

  • Lead project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.

  • 5+ years of experience managing engineering projects in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
