 Payroll Assistant 

Responsible for preparing and processing monthly payroll for EnerMech FZE across UAE, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, and Temporary Contractors, while validating employee timesheets, expense claims, and contracts.

• Validate approved timesheets and expense claims submitted by employees.
• Apply payments through HSBC Online Platform (Bank Transfer and WPS Payment).
• Coordinate with HR to ensure payroll aligns with signed contracts.
• Update and maintain payroll records and provide inputs to ADP.
• Prepare payroll coding reports for management review.

• Experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple countries and HR teams.

Mechanical Supervisor 

Oversee mechanical maintenance and project works in a high-risk refinery environment. Provide frontline leadership to trades personnel, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and supervise mechanical trades personnel on refinery or fuel terminal projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on all maintenance and project work.
• Coordinate maintenance and operational schedules in high-risk environments.

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker with 7–10 years of industry experience.
• Experience in hazardous area environments such as fuel terminals or refineries.
• Valid Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets, and Construction Industry Card.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Project Manager - Pipelines & Subsea 

Lead cross-functional delivery of international pipeline and subsea projects, ensuring efficient execution, on-time delivery, and commercial control. Engage with clients internally and externally, including offshore and international sites.

• Develop and manage day-to-day project performance, including engineering schedule, cost control, invoicing, and forecasting.
• Manage client-specific objectives and KPIs to ensure project targets are met.
• Oversee client engagement and coordinate project teams across multiple regions.

• Proven experience managing pipeline, subsea, or offshore energy projects.
• Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in international and offshore environments, including travel as required.
